When Bill Burgett decided to write the 60 year story of Kokosing Construction, he contacted OTP Principal Mike Held, after a reference by an old friend. Following two years of preparation, the book was ready for production. The design was created by OTP employee Kevin Delay. "An American Success Story in Fredericktown, Ohio" won the gold award at the annual PIANKO Awards for print excellence.

The Limited 2012 Holiday Conference Brand Book won a Best of Central Region award for central Ohio Printing Industries of Ohio and will now enter into all of Ohio and Kentucky competition. This brand book is utilized by The Limited to communicate new styles for the upcoming season.

Fisker developed the Flash Update kit in an effort to reduce the amount of calls their customer service team was receiving. The nine inserts address FAQs and provide step by step instructions on how to operate various features of the Karma. Fisker also included a letter announcing upgrades to their VIP customer care and warranty coverage.
